Beamish with ex Aberdeen Gas works 0-4-0 'Bon Accord' & Samson
Beamish museum never fails to deliver a cracking days photography even if , and that's quite a regular occurrence, the weather fails to accept the invitation to turn up. Our day on the 27th of March 2017 was one such day!!
We split the day in two with the morning on the short standard gauge line photographing 1897 built Andrew Barclay 0-4-0 'Bon Accord' the ex Aberdeen Corporation gas works loco then after lunch we moved over to the little narrow gauge pit head line with newly commissioned 'Samson'
Unfortunately i have not got any notes with which to caption the images so i hope they tell the story themselves.
